Colleen McLinn replied to David Knuffke's discussion Interested in a book club?
"I would be interested in doing a book club on Carl Zimmer's The Tangled Bank. It would be a good excuse to pick up a copy and look through it with the idea of using it for a non-majors/intro course.  "

I'm still new to the wiki. I just made it (over the past few months) and I will be introducing it to my students next week. I'm only in my second year of teaching, but i'm learning so much, so quickly. How do yo use your wiki?

Diving in NE Florida isn't my cup of tea...the springs are good, though, if you are into that. We typically dive the keys as well. We like Largo the best.

Have the kids read our discussion if you like, that is fine with me. They can even continue to read as we add posts...and I'm fine if they ask questions and/or comment as well.
