Lab 10 - Energy Dynamics -using Fast Plants

I am hoping to perform Lab 10 the first week of Sept - I have never used Fast Plants.  How long do I need to allot for the Fast Plants to grow?  and where do I get the larvae?  Perhaps I have missed a resouce manual for teachers for these new labs??? Help!
